Moss brings a wealth of education and experience as a Facilitative, Divorce and Truancy Mediator by mediating issues concerning, but not limited to: civil, workplace and family disputes has allowed her to successfully guide a wide range if individuals through the process.

Her passion and belief in restoring relationships through effective communication has allowed her to obtain extensive knowledge relative to family and youth issues.
Moss’ journey developing and detailing her mediating skills started as an intern/volunteer mediator for The Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Later as a Treatment Specialist for Boys and Girls Republic, a Residential Youth Facility for challenged, abused and neglected youth 12-18 years of age.
During her tenure at Boys and Girls Republic Moss served 5 years working one-on-one with families and youth struggling to communicate. Moss taught positive problem solving skills to the youth, using the Positive Peer Culture/Guided Group Intervention Models while incorporating the power of recognition and understanding. Moss later held the responsibility of Residential Liaison communicating directly with families, therapists, educators and faith-based representatives.
