What is Mediation?

Mediation allows the disputing parties to freely express their concerns by promoting open and effective communication, in a safe, confidential and private setting. Mediation often results in ongoing positive communication with the parties.
Mediation vs. Litigation
Mediation focus on win-win solutions, by allowing the parties to resolve the dispute on their own terms and together design an agreement that all parties believe is fair and in their best interest.
Litigation is a fact-based process where the parties’ attorneys present their case by trying to prove the other parties negligence, often resulting in a win-lose solution and breakdown in future communications.
