What is Mediation?
Mediation is an informal, confidential meeting, facilitated by a nonjudgmental
neutral third party known as "Mediators."
This "win-win"process allows disputing clients the benefit of fully discussing their individual concerns/needs and collectively decide the best way they can resolve the dispute, without going to trial.
What is the Mediators Role?
The Mediators role is to promote effective communication between the parties and assist in generating alternative solutions.
The Mediator will not decide who is right/wrong or force you to reach an agreement. The individual(s) only agree if they believe the agreement is "fair" and in "their" best interest.
